At Denali Gymnastics & Fitness, our goal is to enrich the minds, bodies and spirits of all those with whom we come in contact. It is our mission to serve our members with the highest standards of ethics and stewardship. We take pride in every member of our team for striving to achieve excellence. Originally formed in 1984 under the name Alaska Olympic Gymnastics Academy Wasilla, the gym closed in 1989 with the down-turn of the economy. After a break to train and reorganize, we reopened in October 1990 under the name Denali Gymnastics Academy. We became Denali Gymnastics & Fitness in 1995 with the acquisition of the fitness facility. We incorporated in 2000. In 2001 we acquired Valley Pre-Kinder renaming it Denali Pre-Kinder. In 2002 we started our summer camp and cheerleading programs. In 2003 we expanded to full-time, part-time and before and after school care. Rhythmic gymnastics was added in 2004.
